To be eligible for a return, cosmetic items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as when received, and in original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

4. Exchanges
