We process all orders promptly, usually on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we aim to deliver without delay, occasional disruptions such as high order volumes or unexpected postal issues may occur. We are committed to minimizing any inconvenience.

Dispatch Timing

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day with our trusted courier partners such as M&P or Leopards Courier (depending on your location). Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Our goal is to get your beauty products to you quickly! Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days across Pakistan. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) receive orders within 3-5 days, while other areas may take 5-7 days. Please note that no deliveries occur on Sundays.
